Polyester Polymer Concrete (PPC) Overlay: High strength rapid curing overlay system that can allow traffic to return in a few hours compared to days that traditional concrete overlays require. PPC overlays offer over 30 years of preservation and stands up better to harsher weather. Eastern Highway’s experience dates back to 2009 when we placed the first PPC overlay for DelDOT. With our volumetric mixing truck, there is no job too small or too big that we can’t handle. Contact us for a quote.

CFRP: High strength carbon fiber reinforced polymer wrap (CFRP) that strengthens, repairs, and restores deteriorating concrete structures.  Eastern Highway has a trained team in applying CFRP materials to bridge structures, bringing their strength back to new life. Contact us for a quote.

Elastomer Waterproofing:  A spray applied elastomer waterproofing membrane is applied to bridge decks and other surfaces to protect the structure from the elements.  This two coat system cures in just seconds, ensuring minimal interruptions to construction.  Contact us for a quote.

Deck Sealing:  Silanes and high molecular weight methacrylate (HMWM) sealers prevent intrusion and corrosion by filling cracks and saturating into the surface. This greatly extends the life of the structure with minimal interruptions to traffic flow. Our deck sealing team can return traffic to the surface mere hours after sealing the surface.  Contact us for a quote.

Epoxy Overlay: Epoxy overlays is a sealant designed to preserve bridges and other concrete structures. Epoxy Overlays, although similar to deck sealing, offer a thicker (approximately 3/8”) protective layer but still has a low cure time allowing traffic to resume in a short period of time.  Contact us for a quote.
